This role can be worked on a remote basis with regular visits to clients expected.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute regional sales campaigns.

2. Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in the region, establish strong connections with industry associations, and manage relationships with key hospitals.

3. Collect market information in the region, conduct market research, analyze competitors, and monitor market trends. Develop market activity designs and promotion plans based on regional market conditions and provide regular updates on the regional market situation.

4. Responsible for collecting medical cases, organizing and managing surgical videos, and planning and producing regional promotional materials.

5. Provide product training and technical support to regional distributors at various levels.

6. Support the achievement of sales targets in the region.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Medicine or Life Sciences or related fields.

2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of endoscopy products.

3. Excellent communication skills and public speaking ability.

4. Willingness to travel extensively and for extended periods.

5. Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.

6. Fluent and clear spoken English.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM12,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
