__
- Assist Project Manager and Engineers on all administration and clerical works.
- Compile documents for submission and Site inspections report.
- Assist with the reproduction of Drawing, Specifications and others documentation Work closely with Project and HQ office including getting quotation from supplier & negotiation for the best price.
- Prepare Purchase Requisition Form.
- Prepare, update and maintain the project files to ensure all the documents are in order and well maintain accordance to pro
- Prepare and monitor payment process of Site Office / hostel agreement, utility, monthly expenses.
- Check monthly expenses claims before submission to HR/Finance.
- Ensure that all documents related to ISO are in order and implement audit of the departments.
- Make arrangements associated with conferences/ meeting, including hotels, catering, transportation etc.
- Update Company Profile / Website info.
- Check and ensure all the employees CIDB license and Company CIDB license is renewed.
- All other tasks assigned by Management. Perform any duty as and when required by the immediate superior/ HOD.
- **Requirements**:_
- Minimum SPM holder. Diploma holder or equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Minimum 2 years’ working experience.
- General Administrative Knowledge.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
