TISHAS FOOD SDN BHD, di kawasan perindustrian Kepong - Membuat pendokumentasian mengenai Halal Eksekutif serta permohonan halal (JAKIM) bagi pihak pengilang adalah berjalan dengan lancar. - Membuat dan mengimplementasikan dokumen dan prosedur di kilang untuk kepentingan organisasi - Bertanggungjawab memastikan sijil halal setiap bahan mentah dan produk yang dikilangkan sentiasa dikemaskini. Serta merekod dan membuat pendokumentasian bagi menjaga kualiti syarikat. Contohnya: Persijilan Mesti, Persijilan Halal, Sijil Kesihatan - Memastikan bahawa kualiti produk yang diproses, dibungkus dan diedarkan oleh pihak syarikat dalam keadaan baik, terkawal dan kualiti dijaga - Menghubungi dan memaklumkan kepada pembekal jika berlaku kerosakan pada kualiti produk yang dihantar kepada syarikat - Aduan pembeli - i) Memastikan produk memenuhi kepuasan dan kepuasan pelanggan - ii) Menghubungi pelanggan sekiranya mendapat aduan - iii) Menyelesaikan isu berkaitan aduan pelanggan - iv) Membuat persampelan atau “containment” sekiranya berlaku sebarang aduan pembeli. - Menyemak maklumat, warna atau ukuran yang ada pada pembungkusan adalah tepat - mendapatkan harga dan memastikan kualiti pembungkusan dalam keadaan baik dan harga yang berpatutan. - Bertanggungjawab untuk mengiringi pegawai-pegawai atau auditor-auditor untuk pemeriksaan bagi pensijilan halal. - Menerima bahan mentah dan produk OEM dari pembekal dan perlu memastikan kualiti produk adalah baik - Memastikan bar kod produk adalah tepat - Membantu di dalam pelaksanaan pemeriksaan Amalan Pengilangan Baik (GMP) dan memastikan segala peraturan Amalan Pengilangan Baik (GMP) dipatuhi. - Bertanggungjawab mengekalkan moral pekerja yang cekap pada tahap yang tinggi, pembangunan dan latihan serta melaksanakan penilaian terhadap kakitangan di bawah seliaannya. - Bertanggungjawab terhadap kebersihan di dalam dan luar kawasan kerja. - Menyediakan laporan bulanan dan melaporkan sebarang tugasan yang diberi - Sebagai HALAL EKSEKUTIF bertanggungjawab membuat permohonan SME CORP, MIDA, SIRIM, PENJANA, KASTAM yang berkaitan dengan Admin atau Akaun - Membeli peralatan kebersihan - Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diarahkan oleh CEO / COO Keperluan:

- Calon mesti memiliki sekurang-kurangnya Diploma dalam Teknologi Makanan, Kimia, Sains Gunaan atau mana-mana bidang berkaitan.
- Pemegang sijil berpengalaman mengendalikan Halal juga dialu-alukan untuk memohon.
- Minimum dengan 1 tahun atau lebih dalam jawatan yang sama
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja dalam satu pasukan, termasuk pasukan berbilang jabatan, organisasi yang kukuh dan teliti dengan komunikasi yang baik, kemahiran antara peribadi
- Biasa dengan Sistem Keselamatan Makanan Pengurusan, GMP dan HACCP. Menjalani Latihan Pengendalian Makanan.
- Biasa dengan pihak berkuasa dan sistem kerajaan, contohnya: Akta dan Peraturan Makanan, Kementerian Kesihatan.
- Kefahaman asas tentang keperluan Halal.
- Pengalaman dalam audit kilang dan dokumentasi SOP.
- Celik komputer termasuk Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint dan Words.
- Keupayaan untuk bekerja secara bebas dan kemahiran menyelesaikan masalah yang kuat.
- Kebolehan analitikal yang kukuh diperlukan untuk analisis dan pelaporan data.
