Job Title: Community Specialist (Malaysia)

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Community Specialist to join our gaming company, focused on serving the Malaysian market. You will be responsible for managing and growing our online community, and assisting with marketing activation efforts in the community. The ability to communicate effectively in both Chinese and English is a must.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and grow our online community, fostering engagement and loyalty among players
- Respond to player inquiries and resolve any community-related issues
- Develop and implement community-building strategies and campaigns, using data-driven insights to maximize engagement and satisfaction
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop community-based marketing activations and initiatives
- Monitor and analyze key community metrics, providing regular reports and insights to the rest of the team
- Engage with players on social media and other online forums, building relationships and promoting the game
- Assist in organizing and executing community events and activities
- Represent the company and the game in a professional and positive manner, always promoting the brand
- Assist in localization between English and Mandarin

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in Community Management or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English
- Proven experience in managing online communities, with a strong understanding of community-building strategies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience in livestreaming is a bonus.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage effectively with players
- Passion for the gaming industry and a strong understanding of the target audience and market trends in Malaysia
