**Job Summary**: As a Social Media Manager in the gaming industry, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage with the gaming community, and drive player acquisition and retention. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand's online presence across various social media platforms and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Strategy Development**:

- Develop comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals, target audience demographics, and industry trends.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media initiatives and track progress towards objectives.
- Stay updated on emerging social media platforms, features, and best practices to drive innovation and optimize performance.
- **Content Creation and Curation**:

- Create engaging and shareable content for social media channels, including posts, graphics, videos, stories, and polls, that resonate with our gaming audience.
- Curate user-generated content and leverage community-generated assets to foster authenticity and build trust with our audience.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including graphic designers, content creators, and community managers, to produce high-quality and on-brand content.
- **Community Engagement and Interaction**:

- Actively engage with our gaming community on social media platforms by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and personalized manner.
- Foster conversations, spark discussions, and encourage user-generated content creation to cultivate a vibrant and engaged community.
- Monitor social media channels for trends, sentiment, and feedback, and escalate issues or opportunities to relevant teams for action.
- **Influencer and Partnership Management**:

- Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors in the gaming space to amplify our reach and drive engagement.
- Nurture relationships with key influencers and advocates, providing them with support, incentives, and creative assets to promote our brand and products.
- Track and measure the impact of influencer collaborations and partnerships on brand awareness, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- **Social Media Advertising and Promotion**:

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to drive traffic, user acquisition, and conversion objectives, leveraging targeting options and ad formats to maximize ROI.
- Monitor advertising performance metrics, such as click-through rate (CTR), conversion rate, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and adjust strategies based on insights and data analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to align social media advertising efforts with broader marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community management, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content tailored to different platforms and audience segments.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a passion for storytelling and an eye for visual design and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in social media management tools and platforms, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Buffer, or similar software.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Enthusiasm for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming culture, trends, and audience preferences.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,200.00 per month
