**About the Role**:
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing full spectrums of the human resources function, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations, including managing and developing the HR team. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business goals.
- Collaborate with head of departments to optimize manpower plan to meet the project specific needs. Including to provide HR expertise and guidance to managers and supervisors.
- Develop and implement a seamless onboarding process for new employees.
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes.
- Administer/ Manage payroll, benefits administration, and workers' compensation.
- Manage employee relations issues, including performance management, grievances, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
- Identify training needs and develop or source training programs to support employee development and career growth.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention. Develop and implement employee recognition programs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Analyze workforce data and trends to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on HR best practices and industry trends in all HR functions.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and present HR reports to senior management.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR management role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
- Proven track record of success in recruitment, selection, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in HR software and technology.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Construction industry experience is a plus.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM12,000.00 per month
