Technical Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Product Knowledge**:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of engineering products, solutions, and services offered by the company.
- Stay updated on industry standards, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
2. **Sales Strategy**:
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for promoting engineering solutions.
- Identify potential clients and industries within the engineering sector.
3. **Client Engagement**:
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients in the engineering field.
- Conduct technical presentations, demonstrations, and discussions to showcase the value of the company's engineering solutions.
4. **Technical Consultation**:
- Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand clients' engineering requirements.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to propose and tailor technical solutions that address client needs.
5. **Proposal Development**:
- Work closely with the technical team to develop accurate and compelling proposals.
- Ensure that proposals align with engineering specifications and industry standards.
6. **Negotiation and Closing**:
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions with clients to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Close sales deals and achieve revenue targets within specified timeframes.
7. **Market Analysis**:
- Monitor industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities within the engineering sector.
- Provide feedback to the engineering and sales teams for continuous improvement.
8. **Collaboration with Engineering Teams**:
- Serve as a liaison between the sales and engineering departments.
- Facilitate effective communication to ensure that client needs are met through engineering solutions.
9. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in technical sales within the engineering indust
**Salary**: From RM3,500.00 per month
