Ensure all accounting records and documents are properly filed and maintained.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- Meticulous, positive and diligent
- Perform data entry with accuracy.
- Prepare, sort documents and filing as and when required.
- Assist in other administrative matters.
- Responsible to support overall general office administrative task.
- Prepare and issue quotation, purchase order in a timely manner.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Process payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.
- Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

Requirement:

- Computer literate with good understanding and command accounting software (SQL)
- Required language(s): Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia, both written & verbal
- Able to start immediately or within short notice.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
