**Role & Responsibilities**
- Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
- Document Preparation such as draft, edit, and format contracts, proposals, agreements, and other legal documents. Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documentation.
- Compilation and submission of all related documents related for project expansion and licensing
- Prepare submission for all related documents for project expansion and business licensing
- Data entry for inventory and distribution of stocks

**Qualifications**
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other multiple systems.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good command of English and Bahasa both written and spoken.
- Able to work as a team and be proactive.
- Eager to challenge yourself to learn new knowledge
