Training Coordinator Executive

**Role Description**:
Training Coordinator responsibilities include communicating with managers to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for teams and individuals. Training Coordinators are responsible for managing, designing, developing, coordinating and conducting all training programs.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate and arrange training programs offered by the company, ensuring smooth logistics and scheduling.
- Develop and prepare classroom handouts, training materials, and manuals to support the training programs.
- Organize and arrange for refreshments for participants as needed during training sessions.
- Collaborate closely with the training team to identify training needs, participate in the planning and design of training programs, and implement strategies to achieve desired learning outcomes and organizational objectives.
- Prepare training certificates, annual training calendars, and training brochures to effectively communicate training offerings to employees and clients.
- Liaise with clients to understand their training requirements and customize programs to meet their needs.
- Facilitate the submission of HRDCorp claims and assist clients in responding to inquiries related to claims.
- Analyse training feedback and utilize data-driven insights to make recommendations for continuous improvement in training programs and delivery methodologies.
**Qualifications**:
- At least a recognized Degree in Business management, HR, or a related field.
- At least 2 years experience in the same field
- Good attitude, willing to learn something new and sharing knowledge with the team
- Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
