**Responsibilities**:
**Scope 1: Probing / Hunting**
- Initiate outbound calls to sales leads, identifying and assessing potential opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads, creating a robust pipeline of prospects.
- Establish initial contact with prospects, present the company's offerings, and effectively communicate the value proposition.

**Scope 2: Customer Relation**
- Regularly contact existing or lapsed customers to build relationships and upsell services.
- Understand the unique needs and pain points of each prospect to tailor solutions that meet their requirements, converting prospects into new business.
- Schedule appointments for the Sales Manager with potential leads.
- Collaborate closely with the team to align strategies and ensure a cohesive approach to lead generation and sales.

**Scope 3: Closing Job**
- Coordinate with the Import & Export operations teams to monitor clients' shipment statuses.
- Maintain cost and quotation records by compiling a master sheet.
- Track client receivables to ensure timely payments.
- Provide regular sales reports to the business unit manager using predefined templates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for resolving high-level pricing and contract issues.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of English, any other language is a plus
- Education: Diploma or above in any field.
- Entree Level

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Logistics: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
