We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Indoor Sales Support specialist. This role is instrumental in providing essential support to our sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of our freight forwarding services.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Assistance**: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information on our freight forwarding services, rates, and transit times.
- **Sales Coordination**: Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts for clients, as well as following up on leads and opportunities to generate new business.
- **Order Processing**: Coordinate with carriers, shipping lines, and other service providers to book shipments, arrange transportation, and ensure on-time delivery of goods.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and review shipping documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs clearance documents, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- **Customer Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Problem Resolution**: Resolve issues and discrepancies related to shipments, billing, and other customer concerns in a prompt and professional manner.
- **Sales Reporting**: Assist in generating sales reports, analyzing sales data, and tracking key performance metrics to support decision-making and sales strategy development.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the freight forwarding or logistics industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of freight forwarding processes, international trade regulations, and INCO terms is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
