**INDOOR LOGISTICS SALES SUPPORT**
We are looking for highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development (Indoor Sales) Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to our sales team by assisting in administrative tasks, coordinating logistics operations, and maintaining excellent customer relations.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Administration**:

- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including customer interactions, orders, and payments.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.

**Logistics Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule and track deliveries, ensuring timely and accurate shipment of orders.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and any logístical issues.
- Resolve logístical problems efficiently and proactively, ensuring mínimal disruption to customer satisfaction.

**Customer Relations**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to their queries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver personalized support.
- Gather feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.

**Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments, including sales, logistics, customer service, and finance, to streamline processes and achieve common goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales strategies, operational efficiency, and customer service excellence.
- Provide support to other team members as needed, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

**Vendor Relations**:

- Serve as a primary point of contact for cultivating and developing business relationship.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, understanding the ever-changing market trends.
- Gather feedback from vendors to identify areas where we can collaborate and grow the business collectively.

**Requirements**:

- Possess good knowledge in Logistics and Forwarding industry, import/export procedures and Incoterms
- Preferably 2 - 3 years working experience in related field (forwarding/transportation/ freight industry)
- Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma/Advance/Higher/Graduate Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Sales, Logistics or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Sales and Marketing Executive or a similar position in the Sales/Business Development Department.
- An independent, self-motivated, result-driven, proactive, tactful and organized individual.
- Ability to take work pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision, work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Computer literacy, proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills, negotiation and sales skills.
- Willing to travel when necessary.
- Proficient in English & Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of Mandarin (both written and oral) is an added advantage.

**Remuneration & Benefits**

**Salary**: up to RM5,000

Alternate Saturday work
