Sales Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Contacting existing customers and gaining inquiries both exports and imports.
- Obtaining best shipping rates and quoting customers for Sea freight, Air freight, Customs forwarding, warehousing and door delivery.
- Gather competitor and customer information through indoor sales activities in order to create awareness of local market trends and competitor activities.
- Sharing information within the sales team members in order to improve and identify the most appropriate service against the competition.
- Following up all quotes to gain business and negotiating Freight rates to increase revenue.
- Negotiating costing to obtain booking whilst maximizing profitability and gaining the business.
- Offer outstanding customer service and prompt response to relevant customers inquiries.
- Registering any customer complaint and reporting to the superior and the management for immediate corrective action.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned or required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Experience in Ocean/Air Freight Shipment and Warehouse is an added advantages.
- Able to work as a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
- Possess own transport.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
