Sales Coordinator/ Account Assistant
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Create and maintain customer account database - Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- To assist accountant and finance to key in data - Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct
- To filling accounting documentation
- To do account reconciliation, invoices and identify discrepancies.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia & English
- Organization and multi-tasking skills.
- Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software (UBS)
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend jobs
License/Certification:
- UBS AND EXCEL (preferred)
