Sales Coordinator/ Human Resources
- Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
- Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
- Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
- Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
- Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
- Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
- Ensure adherence to laws and policies
- Create and maintain customer account database - Update accounts receivable and issue invoices
- Handling monthly payroll processing and maintaining employee records.
- Completion of HR correspondence, letters, contracts and other HR related documentations.
- Handling staff movement including (new hires, promotions, demotions, leaves and termination) including managing exit of employees.
- Handling employee grievances, conflicts, feedbacks, complaints, misconduct investigation and counselling.
- Handling company’s insurance and/or license matters, including but not limited to group insurance (GHS & GPA).
- Conduct performance appraisal for quarter / annual reviews and evaluation.
- Provide advices and information to management and employees in regards of HR policies and procedures including equal opportunity and anti-discrimination.
- Organise employee welfare events such as, health well-being programs, monthly birthday celebration and social activities.
- Managing labour issues and compliance with current practice and legislation.
- Managing the company’s internship program, including setting up interviews and maintaining the existing university relationships.
- Performing ad hoc task(s) as and when required by the Company.
**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
