We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join this team in the role of **Associate, Institutional & Wealth Sales**.

**Role Purpose**:

- Coverage of Local and Foreign Currency Fixed Income business. Engagement with onshore investors in the distribution of HSBC-led and originated deals and managing internal distribution channels. Active recycling of our FI trading axe and crossing client interest on bonds.
- Leading non-flow product coverage for institutional clients (banks, insurance, pensions, asset managers). Engaging with client and identifying hedging opportunities and derivative solutions incl. structured financing ideas.

**Principal Responsibilities**:

- Deliver AOP Financial targets including revenues, costs and key business initiatives as specified yearly.
- Work with product partners and regional sponsors on products / solutions and client engagement.
- Liaise with the FIG team on client connectivity.
- Interact with clients efficiently and skilfully at all levels.
- Develop relationships with internal stakeholders across departments and countries.
- Conduct the business with a clear understanding of HSBC values and business principles. Take personal responsibility for living the values and business principles within the team.
- Communicate clearly and consistently to all parts of the business, ensuring actions are aligned to messages. Actively share information with the team, ensuring they understand business priorities and opportunities.
- Demonstrate a clear awareness of the operational and reputational risk scenarios associated to my role and proactively minimise Bank exposure to risk.
- Active and robust contribution to banks governance.
- Ensure effective use of these as per individual terms of reference.
- Protect the reputation and integrity of the Group and be fully compliant with local regulations and Group standards.
