Avilys Marketing is a fast-growing digital growth agency catered towards fashion and lifestyle brands.

We are looking for a Sales Representative. As a Sales Representative, you will play a vital role in driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying leads, and converting them into clients for our comprehensive suite of digital marketing services. This role requires strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of digital marketing solutions to effectively meet the needs of our potential clients. This is a full-time, hybrid role. You will report directly to our CEO.
- **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**_
- Conduct thorough research to understand the needs, challenges, and goals of prospective clients in the fashion, beauty, and lifestyle industries.
- Qualify leads by assessing their suitability for our digital marketing services and determining their budget, timeline, and decision-making process.
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and pitches that showcase the value proposition of our agency and its services.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure a seamless experience for potential clients throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure new business and achieve revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline opportunities using CRM software.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to effectively position our agency as a trusted partner.
- Provide feedback to the marketing team on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and initiatives.
- Build and nurture relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and drive repeat business and referrals.
- **WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE**_
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales/remote sales, preferably in the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, qualify leads, and close deals in a competitive sales environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals effectively.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with CRM software, such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms, for managing leads, contacts, and opportunities.
- Passion for digital marketing and a willingness to continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
