**Responsibilities**:
1. Recruit the new employees and train the team members to be stronger to raise the market share as much as possible.

2. Lead the team to achieve the sales quotas and break through the new market segments.

3. Lead the team to do market investigation and insight the business opportunities;
4. Develop new key accounts and maintain the relationship with old customers and deepen the customer relationships in a planned way;
5. Responsible for the identification and development of industry key channels partner;
6. Plan and co-organize marketing event to end users and channel partners

7. Lead the team to source the CIO/CTO Group/community/Club and try to be a part member of them.

**Job Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor degree or above in IT related majors such as computer and software;
2. At least 10 years of work experience in target industries :education industry(preferred), healthcare, government, medium and large enterprise industry.

3. Over 5 years team managements experience with at least 5 subordinates.

4. Have efficient sales project management capabilities, and control the entire process from project opportunity discovery to final order placement;
5. Have multinational team management experience will be a plus.

6. Good experience of partner development, management and cooperation.

7.Good experience of development, operation and win big project

8. Good English skill.

**Salary**: RM500,000.00 - RM900,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus
