Country Brand Lead

The Country Brand Lead (CBL) is responsible for management of a designed product group to achieve planned sales, profit and other marketing objectives. This includes owning brand strategies, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to tailor strategies and tactics for the market, drive product growth, forecast revenues and operating expenses, and achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Key Responsibilities
Manages all aspects including (but not limit to) launch, setting local vision/ brand direction, execution and coordinating cross functional needs to strengthen the presence of Pfizer treatments in HCP community and public
Key Accountabilities/Deliverables
Accountable
Brand plan and Communication strategies development and execution: particularly in HCP, patient and public and in alignment with key government agencies, when needed.
Tactical Plan: Detailed tactical planning with A&P budgets coupled with flawless execution of tactical planning aligned with timelines and budget
Oversees development and delivery of supply
Development of Product-specific Value Propositions and HCP training materials as well as communication guidance/key messages/FAQs for customer facing colleagues and in response to customer inquiry
Monthly commercial performance insights, opportunities, and risks assessment in line with market evolution
Country Op Plan, Long-range forecasting, influence brand target and brand A&P allocations
Digital solutions and omnichannel approaches to create exceptional customer experience
Customer facing colleagues’ capability building through insights and training (share with Sales Managers/ trainers)
Create and maintain a local team culture that challenges the status quo, values collaboration and supports innovation.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
At least 5-year pharmaceutical experience with at least 3 years in Marketing.
Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, medical science with MBA desired Infectious diseases therapeutic experience preferred
