We are looking for a Personal Assistant to CEO [Public Relations] - (Remote, Work From Home, Part Time & Sometimes On Call) to assist our CEO in creating contents for Tiktok / Instagram & Facebook during events attended by CEO.

During events you are required to project an image of confidence on behalf of the CEO in terms of getting to know key person.

Working from home, you are required to manage the copywriters and also manage our content calendar and distribution channel to ensure prompt posting according to specifications.

**Content Management & Distribution (Remote)**
- Ensure copywriters provide content for the copywriting bank.
- Curate and combine visual and written content for the content calendar according to directives.
- Distribute content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Monitor engagement metrics and offer insights for improved performance.

**Answering Content On Social Media (Remote)**
- Respond to queries and comments on various social media platforms.

**Liaison For Our Content Database (Remote)**
- Coordinate with the database for event invitations.
- Reach out to prospects to invite them to our WhatsApp group.

**Virtual & Light Meeting Planning (On-site & On-Call)**
- Organize virtual events related to consulting for the CEO and prospecting.
- Manage coffee or tea sessions and physical events for clients and prospects.

**Seeding During Events (On-site)**
- Identify important individuals at events on behalf of the CEO and approach them on CEO behalf and create initial rapport.
- Publicize good points on the CEO character and achievement to the important individuals during the event before introducing the CEO.
- Strategically connect important contacts to enhance the CEO's visibility during the event.

**Picture & Video Shooting During Physical Events (On-site)**
- Capture images and videos of the CEO during selected physical events.
- Produce reels or videos from event footage.
- Perform minor edits on pictures and organize them in the content bank.

**==EXPERIENCED NEEDED==**
- 2 years experience with proven engagement results in creating contents on Tiktok, Instagram or Facebook.
- 1 year experience in hosting offline events or participating in events.

**==EXTRA INFORMATION==**
- This is a remote, part time and work from home job.
- On-call only happens when there are events that require you to create content where the CEO is in attendance. The frequency of the events varies from 1-3 events per week.
- You MUST be able to write and converse well in both English & Malay language.
- Subject to good performance, you can be offered a full time job.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: RM16.00 - RM20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 20 per week
