Proven 6+ years of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant or similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Adept at handling multiple tasks and priorities with strong attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office, with strong research and analytical skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications or related field.
- Experience working in an international business environment is an advantage.
- Coordinate and manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, and organize internal and external meetings
- Prepare and distribute agendas, minutes, and other materials for meetings
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls, take messages and routing correspondence
- Handle travel arrangements including booking flights, hotel accommodations, itinerary and transportation
- Assist in preparing and editing presentations, reports, and other documents
- Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information for the CEO's review
- Maintain diary, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring efficient communication and follow-up
- Handle all complex logistics requirements
- Monitor office supplies and research advantageous deals or suppliers
- Negotiated contracts with vendors and suppliers
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
