Responsibilities - Primarily responsible for processing payroll of Foreign Worker regarding salary and pay. - Updating of attendance, working schedule, leave records and overtime into Payroll system before payroll is being process. - Keep track of foreign worker contract expiry date to ensure salary & deduction is being process accurately. - To tabulate and key in monthly salary deduction listings for deduction made for hostel rental, repayment of loan, salary advance, utilities bills, hostel damages etc. - To print out and distribute payslip accordingly. - To prepare Manpower Loss report by end of the month for Account Department. - To prepare monthly payroll reports for the Account Department upon closing of payroll. ** No Experience Needed ======================================== Tugasan - Bertanggungjawab terutamanya untuk memproses gaji Pekerja Asing. - Mengemas kini kehadiran, jadual kerja, rekod cuti dan kerja lebih masa ke dalam sistem Gaji sebelum gaji diproses. - Menjejaki tarikh tamat kontrak pekerja asing untuk memastikan gaji & potongan diproses dengan tepat. - Memasukkan senarai potongan gaji bulanan yang dibuat untuk sewa asrama, pembayaran balik pinjaman, pendahuluan gaji, bil utiliti, ganti rugi asrama dan lain-lain. - Untuk mencetak dan mengedarkan slip gaji kepada pekerja dengan sewajarnya. - Menyediakan laporan Kehilangan Tenaga Manusia pada akhir bulan untuk Jabatan Akaun. - Untuk menyediakan laporan gaji bulanan untuk Jabatan Akaun selepas penutupan senarai gaji. ** Tiada Pengalaman Diperlukan
