Accounts Clerk/hr

To perform general administration and data entry duties.
(E.g. answering calls, whatsapp, photocopy, mailing, filing, assist accounting)
- Maintain a systematic filing system and safe keeping of important documents
- Follow-up payment, outstanding invoice & office maintenance
- Able to handle payment voucher/claim/statement/proforma invoice/ Invoicing delivery order/purchase order
- Prepare staffing letters, contracts, maintain employees’ leave & HR database
Assist in managing of EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.
- At least 1 year of working experiences in HR/payroll & Basic Accounting
Good communication skills.
- Able to work under stressful situation and meet tight deadline.
