Account and HR Executive Job Descriptions : 1. Handling full set accounts including updating and verification of ledgers, bank reconciliation, account payable and month-end closing. 2. To handle monthly management accounts with P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance. 3. Sending monthly debtor statements, follow up on debt collection and report on progress. 4. Prepare report and payment for Creditor. 5. Liaise with auditor, tax agents, company secretary. 6. Responsible to all HR Management which include payroll, compensation T&D, recruitment and other HR related matters. 7. Lead payroll function (Payroll System) and liaise with EPF, Socso, EIS, LHDN, HRDF and etc. 8. Responsible for timely processing of payroll such as claims, leave management, advance of employees, overtime and allowance claims compiled and calculated accordingly 9. To maintain a good filling system and proper records of all documents. 10. Submission of financial related compliance. 11. Monitor and process staff confirmation, contract renewal, promotion, adjustment and appraisal. 12. Formulates and implements HR and Admin policies for the company. Responsibilities: 1. Ensure all P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance is ready and up to date. 2. Ensure Company’s Human resources are used efficiently and effectively. 3. Ensure payroll prepare on time Qualification and/or experience requirements: 1. Degree in Accounting, LCCI or equivalent 2. Proven min 2 years work experience in handling full set account 3. A self-starter with mínimal supervision and able to take additional responsibilities 4. Strong written and spoken in bilingual language, English and Bahasa Malaysia. 5. Familiar with accounting software - Autocount. 6. Able to thrive in a deadline driven work environment.
