Corporate Training Events Admin Executive

Event Coordination
- To manage and execute all aspects of corporate training events, including booking and scheduling, coordinating with vendors/suppliers.
- To set-up and coordinating corporate training events, including logistics, invitations, and materials preparation.
- To plan, organize and execute coordination & collaboration with respective parties within timeline given.
- Responsible of the venue in overseeing the maintenance team/vendor/suppliers and operations of the corporate training event
- To collaborate with team members to collectively produce an engaging and impactful corporate training event that aligns with the company’s objective.
- To design and promote marketing materials for corporate training event including but not limited posters, videographic/motion-graphic contents, managing social media platforms

Communication
- Internal Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal communications, distributing information as needed to staff.

Scheduling and Planning
- Meetings and Appointments: Organize and schedule meetings and appointments. Prepare meeting agendas and minutes as required.

Office Management
- Document Management: Organize and maintain files and documents, ensuring they are updated and easily accessible.
- Equipment and Supplies: Manage office equipment and supplies, including ordering new supplies and scheduling maintenance for office equipment.
- Management of sales team including progress, updates, sales conversion and implementation sales strategy in line with sales target.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From RM3,000.00 per month
