- Responsible for the daily mise-en-place and any duties assigned.
- Initiate requisition and ensure the section has adequate food stocks.
- Ensure that all preparation methods, cooking and portioning are according to the company standards set and menu specifications.

Job Requirement
- Has experience in Asian cuisine and catered for large number of pax.
- Have creativity for menu.
- Have passion in preparing banquet, buffet
- Below 40 years old.
- Flexible working hours as shifts are sheduled base on events.
- Able to work during public holiday.
