Customer Service/it Support

**The Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically proficient Customer Service-IT Support to join our team. The incumbent will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems by providing prompt and effective support to employees. You will be the first point of contact for all IT-related issues, helping users with troubleshooting, software installation, hardware maintenance, and more.
- Proactively address and resolve both employee and client inquiries, concerns, and complaints regarding IT functionality, equipment, policies, and related technical issues.
- Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical issues and implement appropriate solutions.
- Perform configuration changes, adjust settings, and manage permissions to resolve technical problems efficiently.
- Streamline the onboarding process by creating new user accounts and ensuring seamless access to necessary systems.
- Provide consistent and clear updates to employees and clients on the status of their support requests.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all service interactions and ticket statuses.
- Identify and escalate complex issues that require advanced technical expertise beyond your scope.
**Qualifications & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively, gather information effectively, and explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Strong written communication skills for composing detailed support logs and informative user guides.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues logically and systematically.
- Effective time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a productive workflow.
- Ability to multitask efficiently and provide prompt assistance to multiple users simultaneously.
- Keen observation skills to identify potential IT problems before they impact user productivity.
- Positive and professional demeanor to build rapport with colleagues and ensure a satisfactory customer experience.
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
