1. Respond to customer enquiries via incoming call and social media

2. Provide accurate and complete information to address customer queries

3. Maintain and update customer information into Mantissa’s CRM system

4. Promote and acquire potential customer to visit the college

5. Ensure diligently follow up with potential customer

6. Actively seek out for new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media (FB, Instagram, Google, Tik Tok, XHS etc)

**Job Requirement**

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in related sales position

3. Able to work independently, resourcefully and has good interpersonal skill

4. Excellent communication skill in English (Written and Spoken)

5. Part time and full time positions are available

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Tele-Sales/ Telemarketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Chinese (preferred)
