**Job Brief**
The HR Manager mainly responsible including overseeing the recruitment process, designing company policies and setting objectives for the HR team. You will also help shape our employer brand strategy. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with HR technology, including payroll systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Ultimately, you will ensure our company attracts, hires, develops and retains qualified employees.
**Key Accountabilities**
- Set objectives for the HR team & Department heads and track progress
- Supervising HR & Admin executive
- Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy & compliant work environment
- Develop compensation and benefits plans
- Recruiting talents
- Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
- Monitor HR metrics (e.g. salary index, turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
- Review departmental budgets
- Organize learning and development programs
- Ensure HR staff addresses employees’ requests and grievances in a timely manner
- Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
- Business travel when required.
- Perform other job responsibilities and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
**Key Competencies**
- Proven work experience as a HR Manager or similar role over 5+ years
- Having MNC experience is preferable
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems and Info-Tech)
- Solid understanding of local labor legislation
Qualifications & Skills
- Leadership skills
- Ability to foster healthy employee relations
- BSc degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Psychology
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent in written and spoken English, Chinese/Cantonese is a must
**Salary**: RM3,452.28 - RM5,000.00 per month
