HR Manager

a) Work with HR team to maintain HR operational documents, for eg.: Offer Letter, Staff Handbook, Non-Disclosure Agreement, Standard Operating Procedures, Policies, etc;
b) Work with HR team to conduct recruitment activities from job posting in different platforms, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offering, preparation and administering the signing of HR documents;
c) Work with HR team to conduct on-boarding and induction activities, such as conducting HR Orientation to new staff, introducing new staff in relevant whatsapp groups, preparing staff uniform or computer, etc;
d) Work with HR team to conduct off-boarding activities such as conducting exit interview, issuing resignation acceptance letter, conducting farewell activity when needed, etc;
e) Work with HR team to manage HR operations such as preparing and maintaining of P-Files and records, payroll verification, commission verification, contract expiry, doctors’ MMI insurance and renewal of APC, etc;
f) Work with HR team to manage holiday calendars and leave balance;
g) Work with HR team to support in staff engagement activities in the companies, such as annual dinner, staff birthday celebration, teambuilding, staff zoom training, etc;
h) Work with HR team to assist in preparing monthly management manpower reports;
i) Work with HR team to monitor KPI system and arrange for appraisal, it includes computing manpower indicators and conduct data analysis for management update/decision making;
j) Work with HR team to be compliance with all government divisions well versed in Labor Laws of Malaysia & latest recommendations by Government authorities;
k) Work with HR team to check balance staffs mental and physical health;
m) Work with HR team to plan and propose to management with staff career path;
n) Work with HR team to review staff salary ranges and benefits and make recommendations to management;
o) Work with HR team to measure staff retention and turnover rates;
p) Work with HR team to arrange staffs’ roster together with outlet managers;
q) Work with HR team to coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies;
r) Work with HR team to manage travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the senior management;
s) Work closely with other departments in supporting all HR matters including the above
t) To assist in ad-hoc office or clinic activities.

**Salary**: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
