HR Administrative Executive
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide recruitment recommendations,
- Provides HR administrative, clerical transactional support to one or more functional area of Human Resources.
- Extend offers and assist contingent employees with the hiring process in Wellesta Truelife
- Administer contingent exits and process terminations.
- Create, organize and maintain a good office filling system for smooth data retrieval of HR documents
- Process various confidential forms and records related to the applicant, employment, enrollment, pay change, personal employee information, employment agreeement or other data.
- Update staff annual leave, medical leave etc.
- Handling the printing of name cards for new staff
- Others:
- Providing secretarial duties to Directors.
- Attend and record Minutes of Monthly Meeting and transcription thereof and forward same to the team.
- support other adhoc duties for B Sante Int.
Admin Executive (Supply Chain)
- Issuing Invoices for Staff Purchase, Direct Orders, etc.
- Issuing Stock Received and Stock Issue for return/exchange, samples, redemption, activities and loan stock
- Issuing Goods Received upon receiving stocks
- Issuing Delivery Order (DO) to send stocks or raw materials (including empty boxes) to manufacturers and distributors
- Record the quantity of stocks in office store and distributors’ warehouse
- Converse with manufacturers and distributors
- Monitoring the availability of stocks (products and empty boxes) every week to ensure stocks are sufficient and prevent from out of stock (OOS)
- Attending phone calls on daily basis
**; Requirements**: - Bachelor or Diploma Degree (D3/D4)
- At least 2 years of experiences at relevant role
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer office skill (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Careful, detail-oriented, supportive, result-oriented
