The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the smooth functioning of HR operations within the organization. This role involves working closely with the management team to align HR strategies with the company's overall business goals.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**HR Strategy and Planning**:
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the organization's objectives.
Collaborate with top management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Analyze HR metrics and trends to make data-driven decisions and improvements.

**Recruitment and Talent Acquisition**:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations during the hiring process.
Develop talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top talent.

**Employee Relations**:
Foster positive employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious work environment.
Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
Conduct exit interviews and use feedback to identify areas for improvement.

**Performance Management**:
Implement performance appraisal systems to assess employee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Assist in the development of employee performance improvement plans.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure performance goals are aligned with organizational objectives.

**Compensation and Benefits**:
Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs.
Conduct salary benchmarking and stay up-to-date with market trends to ensure competitive packages.
Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with relevant laws.

**Training and Development**:
Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
Coordinate and deliver training sessions as needed.
Support employees in their professional development and career growth.

**HR Compliance and Legal**:
Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Keep abreast of changes in labor laws and update HR policies accordingly.
Handle HR-related legal issues and collaborate with legal counsel when needed.

**HR Administration**:
Oversee HR record-keeping, including employee files and documentation.
Manage HR software and systems to streamline HR processes.
Prepare HR reports for management as required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience (usually around 5-8 years) in HR management roles.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia's labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Strategic thinking and business acumen.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources: 10 years (required)
- Human Resources Management: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (required)
- Bahasa (preferred)
