Customer Service Representative

Answer inbound calls in a timely and friendly manner
- Reply to queries sent through bank’s Contact Us inquiry form
- Reach out to customers for information/documents in supporting Request for Information (“RFI”) from KYC, AML, risk, and operations teams
- Perform call back with customers for transaction confirmations
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, evaluate problems raised by the customers, and provide comprehensive answers and appropriate solutions
- De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
- Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels
- Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products and services
- Provide information on the company’s products or services and generate interest in the offer
- Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners to improve customer experience
- Level 1 first point of contact for customer complaints
- Complete call logs and reports, keep records of all conversations in Call Centre database in a comprehensible way
- Follow-up on customer calls
- Boost customer loyalty by offering a proper experience over the telephone
- Perform specified KYC tasks where necessary
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotational shift
- Weekend jobs
**Education**:
- STM/STPM (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
- Airline Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
- Travel Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- Mandarin (preferred)
- Cantonese (preferred)
