我們正在尋找一名【**產品經理**】，駐地馬來西亞吉隆坡。

**主要責任**
- 擔任產品內部和外部的支付專家/顧問，以及作為與產品相關的查詢的主要聯絡人
- 與不同團隊和利害關係人合作，對支付管道與支付寶平台的整合以及從評估合約到上線的海外E2E開發流程進行專案管理
- 了解、定義和追蹤產品性能指標並持續增強客戶體驗和效能
- 將業務需求轉化為產品需求/使用者故事
- 確保開發團隊了解背景和規範，以便在時間表內交付優質產品
- 透過研究、觀察、資料探勘和端到端測試來了解使用者心態和行為

**資格**
- 1年以上支付產品管理或相關職位經驗
- 對東南亞市場的電子商務、支付技術、支付管道和行業參與者有充分的了解
- 具有與業務和技術團隊合作的實務經驗，最好整合支付管道或支付服務
- 具有了解業務需求和定義產品規格的經驗
- 強大的分析能力和經過驗證的數據驅動決策能力，能夠定義和管理定性和定量研究和測量計劃
- 強大的組織敏銳度－能夠在矩陣環境中茁壯成長，成功取決於高度的跨職能協作
- 精通英語和普通話，可以與講普通話的利害關係人溝通
