我們正在尋找駐馬來西亞吉隆坡的【 **A+商業反洗錢合規官**】。

**主要責任**
- 支持企業對新業務或計劃進行反洗錢風險分析
- 領導A+業務的反洗錢能力規劃和建立，包括進入系統、制裁篩選和交易監控能力
- 與反洗錢合規官（AMLO）密切合作，了解監管要求、相關實體的系統能力狀況，找出差距，並向相關團隊提出系統建設或增強的要求
- 與AML中台和技術團隊合作，提出系統需求，並將業務需求轉化為產品需求
- 協助實體反洗錢組織進行反洗錢操作，並在任何升級情況下與業務部門聯繫

**資格**
- 至少 5 年在支付服務提供者、貨幣服務業者 (MSO) 諮詢公司或金融機構工作的合規/反洗錢經驗
- 曾從事AML諮詢、KYC/CDD者優先
- 具備與跨地區和業務部門的同事有效合作所需的出色的人際交往能力
- 能夠管理多個優先事項和任務，並具備適應快節奏環境中變化的技能
- 強大的分析和創造性解決問題的能力
- CAMS或ICA合格者優先
- 優秀的英語口語和書寫能力
