**Requirements**:

**Responsibility**:
1. Initiate, execute and review sales and marketing activities and plans to drive student recruitment.
2.To meet sales targets and KPI set by management.
3.To generate sales and marketing reports.
4.To lead enquiry management and timely follow-ups with potential leads to convert them into registered students.
5. Forge good relationships with parents, students and counselors.
6. To provide feedback to the management on market sentiments and customer reviews.
