**JOB SUMMARY**
- Handling of billings for all business segments within MTO department.
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Maintain all reporting documentation
- Prepare billing invoices to clients
- Process vendors invoices
- Cross check with job owners on billing accuracy
- Communicate with customer on billing queries
- SOA to customers
- Update payment status
- Other tasks as and when required
**AUTHORITY**
- Manager - Operations
**REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION**
- Minimum SPM, Diploma will be an added advantage.
- Experience of 1 working experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Able to work on Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6.00pm).
- Good communication, good working attitude, be proactive and attentive to details.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Familiar with office and accounting softwares.
- Must be willing to work in Seksyen 7 Shah Alam.
**Salary**: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
