Account Payable Assistantresponsibilities as follows:
- **Accounts Payable**

1) Manage review of invoices receive from vendors, ensure proper match to purchase orders and receiving documents. Preparation of Invoice Authorisation Templates

2) Prepare payment for vendor / expenses payment / scrap billing.

3) Summary Report for Motor Vehicle, General Manager’s monthly expenses, StaffTelco, Nepalese medical report summary update.

4) Determine appropriate accounting entries for vendor invoices. Highlight toManager if there is unusual expense incurred.

5) Prepare payment for vendor / expenses payment.

6) Prepare WTH tax returns and payments for taxes.

7) Reconciliation of Creditors Statement and ensure the payments are made withinthe credit terms Billing / CN issuance
- Ensure monthly BER / Lost billing are bill on timely manner.
- BER reconciliation to be perform and ensure no omission of BER sales
- BER dismantle reconciliation - to ensure that the dismantle does not exceed therequired limit
