Admin Assistant, Body

Attend calls and promptly address customer inquiries regarding vehicle claims.
- Prepare both internal and external documents.
- Ensure full documentation of all insurance claims.
- Preform administrative duties including date entry, manage record-keeping and filing necessary paperwork for all insurance claims.
- Experienced in controlling and handling office inventories.
- Assist in month end closing activities for administration and accounts department when required.
- Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM or any related field of study.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication and able to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiar with insurance claims is an added advantage.
- Experience in automotive is an added advantage.
- Willing to work at Sungai Long, Kajang.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
