HR Junior Executive

A private school - Sekolah Tinta is looking for an HR Senior Executive or Executive:
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintaining the employees’ data
- Execution of employees’ performance / appraisal procedure
- Managing the hiring processes of the new employees
- Evaluating and monitoring the budgets of all the school
- Operating the day-to-day operations of the human resource department
- Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company
- Listing to employees’ complaints and ensuring workplace safety
- Organizing exit interviews and recognizing the reasons for resignation
Requirement:
- At least degree in HR, Business Management, Accounting, or similar
- At least 1 year experience in HR role
- Expert strategic planning skills
- Experience with conflict resolution, mediation, and problem-solving is added value
- Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills
- Highly computer literate
- Team leadership ability and experience
- Dependability
- Fresh graduate is encourage to apply
- Able to start immediately is added advantage
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
