Admin Executive

Perform general administrative duties such as preparing payroll, EPF, Socso.
- Timely processing & verification of invoices, in house reimbursement expenses, etc...
- Prepare payment vouchers including but not limited to vendors, utilities, rentals, business associates.
- Keep petty cash account, revenue and expense account, bank statement
- Deal with banks, EPF, Socso, insurance companies, bank statement, etc...
- Prepare service tax submission / payment to customs.
- Prepare PCB's and company tax submission / payments to Dept of Inland Revenue.
- Prepare full set account and pass to audit in yearly basis by using online accounting system.
- Maintain record of employees such as appointment letters, annual leave, unpaid leave, medical leave, etc...
- Prepare tender documents, contract documents, tender notices, tender amendment, etc...
- Assist on preparing tender comparisons
- Maintain good filing system, physical as well as server filing system.
- Maintain strict confidentiality with all employees and business associates.
- Maintain meetings schedule.
- Contribute to team effort within office environment.
- Deal with office vendors, such as cleaners, drinking water supplier, etc...
- Telephony services and taking messages.

- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good knowledge and skill in MS Office, Outlook, Power Point, etc...
- Ability in multitasking, excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
