**Job Summary**:
The Product Specialist will be responsible for managing ST and SIRIM for our products. Additionally, this role will require the individual to actively participate in sales support activities such as shop front display, shop maintenance, point of sale materials (POSM), roadshows, vendor management. This versatile role demands a strong attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a proactive approach to sales support, vendor management, and communication with principals.

**Key Responsibility**:

- Coordinate and oversee product testing processes to ensure compliance with ST and SIRIM standards.
- Manage to get testing documentation, including test plans, reports, and certificates needed from principle.
- Provide updates and feedback to principals regarding testing and certification processes.
- Ensure alignment between company standards and principal expectations
- Monitor and evaluate product quality and provide feedback to the product development team.
- Plan and implement eye-catching shop front displays design (Racking / Corner) to attract customers.
- Ensuring uniformity of displays across multiple store locations.
- Developing planogram / visual implementation standards.
- Sourcing the props, creative materials for displays.
- Maintain and update displays to reflect current promotions and seasonal changes.
- Roadshow planning & coordination, liaise with event agency, mall management, dealer.
- Ensuring all display & material is ready base on time given.
- Arrange with warehouse for display racking & demo for roadshow use.
- Manage the distribution and placement of POSM materials in stores.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and design attractive promotional materials.
- Monitor the effectiveness of POSM and make necessary adjustments.
- Monitor POSM inventory control.
- Identify, evaluate, and manage vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct cost comparison analysis to select the most competitive vendors.
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to maximize value.
- To prepare monthly sell out report.
- Assist Product Manager to update / prepare principal report.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic design, Visual communications, Spatial design, Interior design, Retail management, or a related field.
- Experience with ST and SIRIM testing processes is a strong asset.
- At least 3 years to work consumer electronic field as visual merchandiser or retail marketing or ST / Sirim officer.
- Experienced at using Adobe Creative Suite programs, such as Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, or other visual design tools is advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to simultaneously execute multiple projects, and work within budget required.
- Able to travel for market visit, store maintenance.
- Managing task and job within timeline given.

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
