**Job Description**:
Conducting data collection on information
Answer and direct phone calls, Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Order office supplies
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Research and create presentations, Generate reports, Handle multiple projects
Prepare and monitor invoices
Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning, etc.
Cross-referencing data
Organizing as well as maintaining numerous Microsoft excel sheets/Google Sheets and performing research to aid in the project.
Merging data sets

**Qualifications**:
Able to perform administrative tasks
Preferably from a Business Admin, Accounting, Economics or and data-heavy Academic background
Good at doing research
Knowledge on how to use Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet
Be flexible with work schedule
Good attention to detail
Able to communicate problems and solutions clearly

Additional information

**Job Type**: Part-time
Salary Range: RM1000 - RM1800
Driving License: Yes
