JOB HIGHLIGHTS

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
*To have and maintain good daily attendance and punctuality.
*To update team member at least 2 working days in advance before going for leave, in order to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate between site admin and corporate HRD for direct workers' home leave matters
- Coordinate between site admin and corporate HRD for employees' training matters
- Coordinate between site admin and corporate HRD for workers' resignation.
- JI pass register for visitors and vendors
- Assist to coordinate with site for WP renewal and Project/ Maintenance site pass
- Assist to replenish stationery, pantry items, name cards, MCR/DO/REQ form, letter head, etc.
- Monitor and update RMC manpower list (location / WP expiry date)
- Monitor and update RMC P file in G Drive (update of WP, S PASS, training)
- Verifying and data entry for RMC project transport claims (monthly) for payroll submission and submit to finance.
- Other duties in administration matters and ad hoc as per request by lead / PM.
- Proactive and able to work under less supervision
- Issue Purchase Requisition (PR) in SAP as per Project/maintenance supervisor
- request with PM Approval and follow up with procurement to for PO.
- Create the invoice in SAP and submit to Finance with Manager Approval
- Collect the Job Completion Certification/ Hand over forms from the site supervisor
- then prepare the summary for client approval.
- Prepare the MRMS report and submit to HRHQ and check the plan and actual clocking report.
- Weekly basis check the ODD report (Attendance Report) if any clock in/out missed ask Sinmech team to update.
- Check Vendor Pending Invoice list. Preform to do IP/GR in SAP
- Prepare the daily Scaffolding Quotation for Shell PU3 MEG/EGS Maintenance Site.
