JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
What you will do:
Content Acquisition
- Opportunity to cover for Kids and Korean too. - To support and close on negotiation on content acquisition and documentation on deals for Content business units mainly covering International English and Malay.
- To negotiate the best deals for content from international, regional and local suppliers covering commercials, operations, digital rights and functions as well as advertising rights.
- To work closely with Content business units to understand their business needs and suggest best practices to maximize and standardize processes.
- To establish and maintain good relationships with content providers
- To keep up with international and local content and apps space and provide constant market intel update to management.
Rights Management
- To work closely with Content business units on standardization of clearance of rights and digital functions.
- To support AVP, Acquisition and Commercial, as liaison person between Content division and internal stakeholders from Product, Technology, Legal, etc. to communicate clearance of rights and agreed functionality with product owners to meet overall company’s business objectives.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
Who you are:
- At least 1 year of experience and ideally with Degree, Professional Certificate or equivalent in related field
- Self-starter, diligent and resourceful.
- Good organizational agility, command skills and interpersonal skills to work effectively across functions and lines of multiple business units.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel and Word).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
