**Résumé des fonctions**

Préparer et cuire les aliments selon des recettes, des normes de qualité et de présentation, et des listes de contrôle pour la préparation des aliments. Préparer les ingrédients pour la cuisine, y compris portionner, hacher et stocker la nourriture avant de l’utiliser. Utiliser des outils, équipements, appareils de cuisson et de mesure de façon sécuritaire et appropriée pour préparer les aliments cuits.

Suivre et assurer la conformité avec les politiques et les procédures de manipulation sécuritaire des aliments, y compris les procédures d’hygiène personnelle. Vérifier et s’assurer que les appareils de cuisine et les aliments sont aux bonnes températures, et signaler les problèmes aux gestionnaires. Laver et désinfecter la cuisine; préparer et vider le poste de travail; et suivre et veiller au respect des procédures d’hygiène et de nettoyage. Surveiller la qualité des aliments préparés et des portions servies tout au long de son quart de travail. Suivre et appliquer toutes les politiques et procédures de la chaîne, y compris celles visant la sûreté et la sécurité; rapporter les accidents, les blessures et toutes les conditions de travail considérées comme étant dangereuses; suivre les formations et obtenir les certifications requises en matière de sécurité. S’assurer que son uniforme et son apparence personnelle sont propres et professionnels; préserver la confidentialité des renseignements exclusifs; et protéger les actifs de l’entreprise. Parler aux autres en utilisant un langage clair, approprié et professionnel, et répondre au téléphone en utilisant l’étiquette appropriée. Développer et maintenir des relations de travail positives avec les autres et assurer le soutien de l’équipe afin d’atteindre les objectifs communs. Se conformer aux attentes et aux normes de qualité. Déplacer, soulever, porter, pousser, tirer et placer des objets pesant jusqu’à 25 livres (11,4 kg) sans assistance. Se déplacer sur des surfaces en pente, inégales ou glissantes. Atteindre les objets au-dessus de la tête et au-dessous des genoux, y compris se plier, faire des rotations du corps, tirer et se baisser. Être habitué à travailler debout, assis et à être en mouvement sur une longue période de temps. S’acquitter d’autres tâches raisonnables, à la demande des superviseurs.
