Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Safeguards Corporation Full time

Monitor, coordinate, track, respond and manage security events and incidents according to prescribed procedures and processes, and provide real-time situation awareness to key stakeholder(s).
- Manage all inbound and outbound simultaneous omnichannel communications in a timely and professional manner, and processing requests in accordance to the prescribed processes and procedures as well as service level agreements.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve enquiries and requests received.
- Monitor and maintain the systems deployed in the Command Centre as well as systems connected back to the Command Centre to ensure the operations readiness of the Integrated Operations Command Centre.
- Provide first level trouble shooting and technical support for the systems deployed in the Command Centre as well as systems connected back to the Command Centre.
- Work closely with the management in the escalation of events and incidents.
- Process, analyse and assess data gathered for decision making.
- Perform surveillance and registration duties through the systems the Command Centres are connected with.
- Maintain records of communications, events and incidents.
- Generate and process service reports, quotations and invoices.
- Ensure all internal and external stakeholders have accurate and timely information.
- Work closely with other departments and provide administrative support where necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience working in Security Operations Centre or call centre environment is an advantage.
- Proficient in using computers and operating security systems such as video management systems, access control systems, visitor management systems etc.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work under little or no supervision as well as able to work in a team environment.
- Able to multi-task and manage detail-oriented tasks.
- Able to remain calm, professional and perform under pressure.
- Strong situation judgment.
- Willingness to take instructions and learn.
- Able to work in 12 hours, 6 days a week shifts.
- Salary up to RM4500_

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
