Location: Berjaya Times Square, Kuala Lumpur

Shift: 9 hours shift between 8 am to 12 am

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Agent who can fluently speak both Malay and English to join our team. As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers and providing exceptional customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide them with accurate and efficient assistance;
- Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner;
- Follow call scripts and procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy in handling customer calls;
- Provide customers with product and service information, including pricing and availability;
- Document all customer interactions in our CRM system;
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate departments as necessary;
- Meet performance metrics, including call quality, adherence, and customer satisfaction.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Fluent in Malay and English, with excellent communication skills;
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Prior customer service experience in a call center or similar environment;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment;
- Excellent time management and organizational skills;
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.\
