**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Executive Assistance**:

- Manage and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence and communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations for meetings.
- Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.
- Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and events.
- Conduct research and compile information as needed for decision-making and strategic planning.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Jot down and record key points during CEO meetings or official conversations, ensuring that all important information is accurately captured and organized.

**2. Project Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of various projects.
- Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor project timelines and budgets, and report on project progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- Maintain project documentation and records.
- Support the CEO in managing multiple roles within the company, particularly in project coordination.

**3. Close Communication with CEO**:

- Act as the right-hand person to the CEO, providing essential support in daily tasks and strategic initiatives.
- Maintain constant communication with the CEO to ensure alignment on priorities and deadlines.
- Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address potential issues.
- Facilitate effective decision-making by providing relevant information and insights to the CEO.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role within an IT software development company.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
- Understanding of IT software development processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Demonstrated honesty, integrity, and strong work ethic.
- High level of respect for and adherence to the CEO's directives and expectations.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and build strong working relationships.
- Commitment to supporting the CEO's vision and goals with dedication and loyalty.
